New Delhi: Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi launched an attack on the Bharatiya Janata Partyon Monday and said that it is “ironical” that BJP is scared of holding polls in Delhi when it claims to be winning majority across the nation.

The reaction from Singhvi comes amidst speculations that Assembly polls could be again held in the national capital.
Party leader JP Aggarwal added that Congress wants fresh polls in Delhi.
He said that BJP is unable to take a decision on party's next step. “Earlier they said that the party's decision will be based after Lt Governor's decision. However, now they claim that BJP is ready for polls,” Aggarwal told ANI.
Delhi has been under President's Rule since February 17 after Arvind Kejriwal led-Delhi governmnet resigned on February 14 after Janlokpal Bill was not passed in the Parliament.
Meanwhile, ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls on three seats in Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal expressed doubts on whether BJP will be able to win the three seats.
In the Delhi Assembly polls held last year, BJP won Assembly seats in Tughlakabad, Krishna Nagar and Mehrauli but the party leaders were later elected to Lok Sabha.
The bypolls on the three seats will be held on November 25.
